These are only reccomendations, your milage may vary.
F1 Trigger / Stock Racer Trigger:
Change the Firing Pin Spring every 4,000-8,000 rounds. Replace
with Wolff 4 lb Firing Pin Spring. My personal rule of thumb
is to replace the spring before any major match.
Clean and regrease connector-trigerbar interface every 1,000-5,000
rounds.
Street Racer Trigger / Stock Racer GSSF Trigger:
Change the Firing Pin Spring every 10,000-15,000 rounds as a preventitive measure.
All Triggers:
I reccomend replacing the coiled trigger spring every 1-2 years or every 20,000-30,000 rounds as a preventitive measure.
Heinie Sights and CGR Race Cut Heinies:
Wipe off the rear sight and apply a light coat of oil, make sure to
rub it in so it penetrates. I prefer WD40, it penetrates well and
provides excellent corrosion protection. Make sure to wipe off excess
oil.
Your climate and mode of carry will make a big difference on how often
you should do this.
Recoil Springs:
This will depends on the load you shoot and the type of springs you are using.
Stock Springs: Change every 15,000-25,000 rounds as a preventitive
measure.
ISMI Springs: Change every 5,000-10,000 as a preventitive measure.
Mag Springs:
Factory Length mags: Replace the spring every 2 years or every
25,000-50,000 rounds.
Mags with 140mm Basepads: Replace the spring every year or 10,000-20,000
rounds.
Mags with 170mm Basepads: Replace the spring every 10,000-20,000
rounds.
